How long have you been in business?
Since 1981. As of 2012, 30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential and Investment Property brokerage. Buyer agency offered, as well as full listing services. Sales is done thru a consultative and coaching perspective. Tom C. is available to review your real estate plans, discuss financing options, offer advice on updating your property or the costs of doing same to a new purchase, and to provide pricing, marketing and negotiation skills.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Tom C. entered the Real Estate profession to explicitly learn about money. Tom C. had an extensive background in art, philosophy, religion and psychology. After 8 years of specializing in the sale and purchase of investment properties the basics of how money is made, how it grows, and how it can be managed was learned. From there Tom C. turned to polishing his marketing and negotiation skills and has offered that growing expertise ever since.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
While Tom C. is competent to provide real estate services throughout Dane County, his unique market focus is geographic, Central Madison. He lives on the Isthmus, raised his family here, sent his children to the local schools, bikes, roller blades,and runs thru the area, and has invested in apartment buildings and his businesses in Central Madison. Tom C. knows Central Madison like no other real estate professional. He also has 5 advanced professional designations, more than any other agent in Dane County, supporting his commitment to operate with the highest level of professionalism.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
