How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Janet began the business after interrupting her doctoral work in English at UW Madison to finish raising her three children in the early 1970s. The business was a natural outgrowth of her desire to furnish her home. More than a decade later, her daughter interrupted her doctorate work at MIT to join her as a partner in the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Personal service. Accountability. Researched representation.
