How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been cooking since I was eleven years old. Both of my parents were good cooks and my father's father owned a restaurant in NYC.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are true to New Orleans quality standards. We prepare fresh, best quality ingredients and all items are prepared from scratch. Quality training is essential.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations and will open more.

1920 Fordem Ave., We are located near Tenney Park on Lake Mendota. From downtown and West take E. Johnson St. to Fordem then take a left we are 1/2 mile down on the left.
From the East take E. Washington Ave. to Aberg Ave. then left on N. Sherman Ave. or right on First St. left onto E. Johnson St. and right onto Fordem Ave.
