Since 1990.
What is your primary product or service?
Accounting and tax services are the base for the more valuable advisory business profitability, financial planning and investment advisory services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
At the time it seemed the accounting and tax profession was too focused on compliance. There was not enough focus on the higher value proactive advisory services. This seems to continue as a challenge to the industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We train team members to think beyond accounting and tax services. We ask good, forward looking questions which facilitates the stakeholders for each client in making the informed decisions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. We have had more than one location in the past. At present we feel that leveraging the available technology causes us to have less need for additional physical locations.

It is at the corner intersection of Monona Drive and Plaum/Nichols Road.
