Madison Country Day School is an independent, college-preparatory school which delivers academic excellence in an inspiring environment for students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Students in Lower, Middle, and High School experience high academic standards and an international curriculum in a supportive and nurturing environment. Madison Country Day School has just become the first high school in Dane County accredited to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, an internationally recognized, two-year curriculum of college level study for 11th and 12th grade students. This internationally recognized curriculum provides an exceptional pathway to college acceptance and success. MCDS is located just north of Madison in the village of Waunakee with an enrollment of approximately 290 students.
