How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After completing an MBA in Chicago in 1992, I spent 16 years as a software trainer and technical writing. Since I had several pets of my own, I often used pet sitters when I was required to work long hours or travel. I finally realized I would be happier working with pets and following my passion for animals.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Gotta Go Out, LLC is bonded and fully insured. I have spent some money and time to become accredited through Pet Sitters International, the largest pet sitting organization in the world. I think my clients, human and pet, deserve the best and I am determined to provide top quality, dependable service to each and every one.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash or check.
Which areas do you service?
Gotta Go Out services clients in Madison, Middleton, and Fitchburg at this time. I plan to soon expand to Monona, Verona, and outlying areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tami Lewis is the owner and operator.
