What is your primary product or service?
Condominium Homeowners Association Management for small associations (under 100 units)
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
For over 30 years I have worked as a bookkeeper or in an administrative position. I have worked in over a dozen different industries and wish to share my experience and knowledge with others who are just as passionate about their business. In 1998 I bought from first home - a condo - and immediately joined the Board of Directors. After selling the unit the Board asked me to continue keeping the books for the association. Since then I have worked as an assistant project manager for a small office building and manage a school building. I am currently on the Board of Directors for my condo association and serve 12 other homeowner association as their manager or a consultant.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am passionate about condominium living and want to share that passion with other owners. Condominiums are a community and need all owners to be involved, informed and in touch.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently have just myself but I hope hire a maintenance coordinator to expand services to my condominium clients.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept checks.
Which areas do you service?
I serve all of Dane County and Columbus, Wisconsin.
